Kyrgyzstan was ranked 111th out of 173 countries on their Press Freedom Index, with the organization criticizing a specific decision. Turkmenistan, meanwhile, was ranked 3rd worst in the world in their 2014 index, earning it a spot among the "10 Most Censored Countries."
