The Regional Theatre Tony Award goes each year to US companies outside Broadway itself, with New Haven's Long Wharf Theatre (1978) and Yale Rep (1991) among the winners. The 2014 award went to Signature Theatre Company based in which US city?

The award had earlier honoured New Haven's Long Wharf Theatre in 1978 and Yale Repertory Theatre in 1991, both anchoring Connecticut's regional theatre scene.
